EASY RETURNS POLICY
In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase, you may return your product for a full refund up to 30 days after the date of purchase. At your cost, please return unused goods, along with your order number all original packaging and any labels for a full refund. Please Note: We cannot accept returns for used, personalised or custom fit products.
We recommend that you get proof of postage from your local post office or courier. It is highly recommended for high value goods to use a tracked and signed for service. If you fail to identify proof of postage then you are liable for any lost items. Just Golf Online does not accept liability for any returned items damaged in the post or by the courier, nor can we be held liable for goods that fail to arrive.
Any free goods that came with the item you are returning for a refund should be returned if unused and in original packaging. If the free gift has been used or has not been sent back, then it should be kept and the value of the free gift will be taken off the balance that will be given back to you.
Unfortunately there are certain items that cannot be returned to us:
Apparel and accessories must be unworn and unused with tags still attached (if applicable) and in their original packaging.
The garments must be unused and with all relevant tags still attached. Our packaging is a part of the product and must be returned with the goods. This is to ensure that the product(s) arrive back to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.
Items that are received not in their original condition i.e. outside of packaging, missing tags, labels etc. Will be subject to a £3.00 returns processing fee, per item.
It is your duty to take reasonable care of the goods and you will be liable for any damage until the package is received into our warehouse. We are not responsible for any lost or missing packages returned to us by your elected courier and we recommend that you select a tracked and insured service where possible.
Please ensure that a copy of your original invoice or invoice number is included within your returns parcel to help us identify your order upon receipt.

Returning Faulty Goods and Warranty Claims
Please contact us should your goods become faulty, please do not send faulty items back without prior arrangement.
If an item is delivered faulty or becomes faulty through normal use within the first 30 days we may offer the option of a refund*, repair or replacement. For purchases over 30 days we may contact the relevant manufacturer who will inspect the item and, at their discretion, repair, replace or return the item to us if they feel there has been no manufacturing fault. Please e-mail with your order number and daytime contact number.
* Refunds will be provided should we establish the items were delivered faulty and may take 7-10 days to process.
